Adviser Adilur Rahman offers prayer at Shuvo’s grave | July Uprising
This is a short news article from the Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) reporting on a December 5, 2025 visit by Housing and Public Works Adviser Adilur Rahman Khan to the grave of Shahriar Shuvo in Chuadanga, Bangladesh. Shuvo was a martyr of the July 2024 student-people uprising, having been shot on July 19, 2024 in Dhaka's Mirpur area and dying from his injuries on July 23, 2024. During the visit, the adviser offered prayers, met with Shuvo's father, and directed the local Deputy Commissioner to expedite the disbursement of government assistance allocated to the martyr's family.
