This document is a compilation of news clips from July 27, 2024, gathered from dozens of Bangladeshi newspapers (both Bangla and English), covering the violent unrest surrounding the anti-quota reform movement in Bangladesh. The collection was assembled by a project called "দুনিয়া কাঁপানো জুলাই" (July That Shook the World). The main topics covered include: the death toll from the violence (reported at 205–211 killed, with many more injured, some losing limbs or eyesight); mass arrests across the country (over 5,500–6,000 people detained in approximately 525–735 cases within one week); the government's imposition of curfew in Dhaka and other districts; and political responses, including BNP's call for a "national unity" to remove the government, Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's denial of calling students "Razakars," and Awami League blaming BNP and Jamaat for the violence.
