This document reports on an incident at Chittagong University where student activists from Chhatra League forcibly abducted Rafiq, a coordinator of the university's quota movement protest, from a shuttle train and took him to an unknown location. During the abduction, the Chhatra League members also seized the shuttle train's keys. The incident occurred on July 15, 2024.
